ICSB CPD Programme held on “Chartered Secretary and Professionalism”

Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) organized a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Programme on “Chartered Secretary and Professionalism” on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at the Institute premises at Padma Life Tower (7th Floor) 115 Kazi Nazrul Islam Avenue, Bangla Motor, Dhaka-1000.

Itrat Husain FCMA, FCS, Chief Executive, Itrat Husain & Associates & Independent Director, Bengal  Poly & Paper Sack Limited presented the Keynote Paper Hausarbeit schreiben lassen , while Mohammad Sanaullah FCS, Immediate Past President, ICSB and Corporate Affairs Director & Company Secretary, Singer Bangladesh Ltd was the Session Chairman.

Official Discussants of the session were N. K. A. Mobin FCA, FCS Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Emerging Credit Rating Limited and Director Biman Bangladesh Limited and Mohammad Bul Hassan FCS, Treasurer of the Institute and Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, Siemens Bangladesh Limited.

The Programme was opened by the President of the Institute Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS. In his welcome speech, he emphasized on the significance of the profession of Chartered Secretary and advised the young professionals to be more focused and hard working in their professional life and to be future leaders of Corporate World.

 Itrat Husain FCMA, FCS in his presentation highlighted the importance of professionalism in the career of a Chartered Secretary. He explained different aspects of professionalism to be inculcated for being a successful Chartered Secretary and contribute for the growth of the company. He emphasized to be more punctual, goal oriented and updated with the knowledge of rules and regulations.
