ICSB Signed MoU with BICM

Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bangladesh Institute of Capital Market (BICM) at ICSB Council Room on 17 January 2023. President of ICSB, Mr. Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS and Executive President of BICM Professor Dr.  Mahmuda Akter signed a Memorandum of Understanding for Strategic Partnership and Collaboration. The BICM and ICSB intend to jointly cooperate in collaborative and linked by common academic interests and seek to develop collaboration and exchanges in fields of shared interest and expertise. Initially, this MoU will provide physical or online access to library and library materials, organize joint conferences, symposia and exchange of academic information and materials.

Executive President of BICM Professor Dr. Mahmuda Akter hoped that this MoU will build a strong bonding between ICSB and BICM which will benefit for both organizations.

Mr. Mohammad Asad Ullah FCS, President of ICSB thanked the Chairman of Education Committee and other relevant personnel for taking the initiative. He also thanked BICM for their involvement.  

Mr. Abul Fazal Mohamed Rubayat FCS Chairman of Education Committee of ICSB briefed about the Institute and thanked BICM for signing MoU with ICSB. He emphasized the importance of such type of initiative which will be helpful in the coming days.

Among others Mr. A. K. M. Mushfiqur Rahman FCS, Vice President, Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun FCS, Treasurer, Mr. Salim Ahmed FCS, Council Member, Mr. Oli Kamal FCS, Council Member, Mr. Md. Sharif Hasan FCS, Council Member, Mr. Mohammad Shafiqul Islam Bhuiyan ACS, Council Member, Mr. Mohammed Daudul Islam, Council Member and Joint Secretary of MoC,  Mr. Md Zakir Hossain, Secretary & Chief Executive Officer of ICSB, Mr. A. S. M. Sayem FCS, Company Secretary of BICM, Mr. Md. Serajul Islam ACS, Deputy Director of BICM, Mr. Asif Imran, Deputy Registrar of BICM were also present during the programme.
