Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB) conducted training on ‘Mastery of Statutory Reporting & RJSC E-Filing' held on Saturday, 20 June 2026 at ICSB premises, Dhaka aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of its members, students  and corporate officials and other professionals.

Mr. Md. Shabbirul Alam Chowdhury, Secretary & Chief Executive Officer of ICSB, delivered the welcome speech. Mr. Md. Mizanur Rahman FCS, Treasurer of ICSB inaugurated the training session and thanked everyone for attending such a time-befitting training session. Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun FCS Training Coordinator and Council Member of ICSB introduced the resource persons and outlined the objectives of the training. Mr. Mehedee Hasan, Director (Training) of ICSB moderated the training programme. 

The session was conducted by Mr. Md. Harun-Or-Rashid, Deputy Registrar of RJSC; Mr. Md. Rokib Ahmad Rony, Deputy Registrar of RJSC; Mr. Shahedul Azam, Assistant Registrar of RJSC and Mr. A.S.M Sakib Sikdar, Bar-at-Law, Advocate Supreme Court of Bangladesh and Managing Partner of Jural Acquity. 

During the training, the resource persons provided an in-depth overview of the statutory reporting & RJSC e-filing, covering areas such as:

The session concluded with an interactive discussion, where participants raised queries regarding practical challenges and the resource persons addressed these issues.

A good number of ICSB members, students and senior officials from country’s leading corporate houses, different professionals attended the training programme. Finally, the Senior Vice President & President (In-Charge) of ICSB Mr. Md. Rafiqul Islam FCS handed over the certificates to the participants. Mr. Md. Sharif Hasan FCS, Vice President of ICSB delivered the concluding remarks.
