In order to be eligible to appear at the examination students are required to comply with such conditions relating to examination as may be laid down by the council from time to time. To be specific, a student shall comply with the following regulation including others applicable:

• Students must attend at least 70% of classes to appear in the exam. If attendance is less than 70%, the last acceptance is 50% with a fine of BDT 500 per course. Students having below 50% and up to 30% attendance must submit application to the Chairman, Education Committee for attaining eligibility In case of valid reason, the student must pay BDT 1,000 per course to attain eligibility for appearing at the exam.
• A student must pass '401 - Advanced Company Law & Corporate Restructuring' at the Professional Level-I before appearing for '504 - Compliance Management, Secretarial Audit & Due Diligence' exam at the Professional Level-II.
• Qualifying Marks in CS examination is 50% for each paper/subject.
